Kitwara, third in Tokyo, super pacemaker in Rotterdam

The Tokyo marathon was won by the Kenyan Dickson Chumba (2.05.42), ahead of the Ethiopian Tadesa Tola. Third place went to Kenyan Sammy Kitwara, who will serve as ‘super pacemaker’ for fellow-countryman Eliud Kipchoge on 13 April in the ABN AMRO Marathon Rotterdam.

Bib numbers ABN AMRO Marathon Rotterdam sold out!

With more than seven weeks to go before start of the 34th ABN AMRO Marathon Rotterdam on Sunday 13 April, the maximum number of runners has already been reached. Registration closed today with a record 13,500 participants. The 11,000 bib numbers for the 10 km Run had all gone already.

Eliud Kipchoge signed up for ABN AMRO Marathon Rotterdam

Eliud Kipchoge, currently one of the very best road athletes around, has been signed up for the 34th ABN AMRO Marathon Rotterdam on Sunday 13 April in the hope that he will achieve a top time, in keeping with the tradition and ambition of this internationally esteemed event.
